Wilfordon ext 11

The servicing of all 273 individual stands in Extension 11 is complete with all services handed over to the Council. Progress on the construction of the first 130 houses are progressing well with the first houses being ready for occupation at the end of July. The remaining houses to be completed before yearend.

All but a few serviced stands with houses to be constructed on them have been sold.

Building quality are closely monitored by the MDV Project Management Team, appointed Engineer, NHBRC and Building Inspectors.
