Since its inception MDV successfully provided residential developments in various sectors of the property market, ranging from affordable housing for the lower end of the bonded market to serviced stands, completed sectional title units for the middle income market and completed units for the higher end market.

All aspects of property development, including the purchase, rezoning and servicing of raw land to the construction of top structures, are undertaken by MDV. The management team consists of well qualified and experienced players, supported closely by a group of well-known and respected professionals such as attorneys, town planners, quantity surveyors and engineers. Although various building contractors are accredited with MDV, only financial stable contractors with the ability to build to the high standards and timeframes set by MDV, are utilised.

MDV is registered as a Developer at the NHBRC and all the major banks.

Anton van Vuuren (Managing Director) with more than 20 years’ experience within the residential development space founded Phindana Housing in 2004. Rory McGuirk (Financial Director) well known and respected within the industry has vast experience in the field of corporate and structured finance.

The company has a strong middle management team, sourced and developed over many years capable and willing to deliver quality housing within time at affordable prices.
